Iran’s Tabriz sees autumn off with first snowfall

The historical and touristic city of Tabriz in Iran’s East Azerbaijan Province has witnessed the first snowfall in the last days of autumn.

The new snow arrival has cleaned the air, and the city looks like a white canvas.

It is forecasted that snow and rain will continue in the province and other northwestern regions of Iran.

Tabriz, the fourth largest city of Iran, is a modern industrialized Iranian city with signs of civilization dating back to 2,500 years.

It is one of the hot spots for tourists due to its various historical and tourism capacities.
